Why we say “gluten-friendly”
Our gluten-friendly items are made without gluten-containing ingredients, but they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten. Because we cannot eliminate the possibility of cross-contact, we describe them as gluten-friendly rather than gluten-free.
Nut-friendly items
Some products are made without nuts, and we describe those as nut-friendly. Our facility handles nuts, so cross-contact is possible.
Nut-friendly cake flavours: vanilla, chocolate and red velvet.
Carrot cake contains nuts and raisins and cannot be made without them.
Dairy
Our reduced-dairy Mixed Fruit cake uses a dairy-free whipped cream, but the cake itself still contains dairy.
We cannot make medical-safety guarantees
If you or someone you are ordering for has a severe allergy, please speak to us directly before ordering so we can be honest with you about what we can and cannot do. We would rather have that conversation than take an order we can’t safely fulfil.

Our custom order forms include a dietary and allergy field. Please use it, and call us as well if the allergy is serious.
