Advance orders need a minimum of 2 days’ notice. Two things need longer: mini cupcakes and custom decorated cookies both need a minimum of 4 days.

You submit a request, we review the details and our availability, then we contact you. Once the design is agreed we confirm the final price, take the required payment, and your order is booked.
Submitting a request on its own does not confirm an order.
Yes — regular advance orders are prepaid to be confirmed. Wedding cake payment terms are discussed individually when your quote is finalised.
Regular custom cakes may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date for a full refund. We can’t promise a refund after that cutoff.
Wedding cakes, multi-tier cakes, large orders and special orders are not covered by the standard 48-hour rule — those terms are agreed individually when the order is booked.
Pickup is available from both our Ladner and Steveston Village locations. For larger, multi-tier or delicate cakes we recommend Ladner pickup, and we’ll confirm the best location with you.
Pickup is our standard service. Delivery may be available for certain orders — please call us to discuss availability and any delivery charges. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Our published cake prices are for standard cakes. Custom colours, designs, decorations, writing, fillings, themes or tiering can affect the price. Submit a request and we’ll confirm the final cost with you before anything is booked.
Yes — a cake message is available on any cake on request. Just tell us what you’d like piped when you place your order.
Yes. An edible printed photo or image transfer is $15. You can upload your image with your custom cake request.
Yes. Tiered cakes are available for birthdays, celebrations, weddings and other events. They’re quote-based rather than fixed price.
No, we don’t supply toppers. You’re welcome to drop your own off, or order one online and have it delivered to our Ladner location — even if you’re collecting the cake from Steveston. We can place customer-supplied figurines, acrylics, crowns and similar pieces as part of the agreed design.
We can arrange fresh flowers through our florist contacts for an additional charge. Pricing is confirmed with your cake quote. We can’t guarantee an exact flower variety, style or colour match.
Yes — we have a range of gluten-friendly bars, cookies, cupcakes, pies and a lemon bundt cake. Standard cakes can be made gluten-friendly for an extra $10.
We say gluten-friendly rather than gluten-free because our kitchen handles gluten and cross-contact is possible. See our allergen information.
Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet are our nut-friendly cake flavours. Carrot cake contains nuts and raisins and cannot be made without them.

Yes — call your preferred location and ask. A hold isn’t guaranteed until our staff confirm the item is available.
